  DANIEL W. BOCKES
  
    Daniel W. Bockes, 94, of Garrett RD 1, died May 2, 1982, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    He was born April 10, 1888, in Garrett, son of the late Henry and
  Elizabeth (Gnagey) Bockes.  Also preceded in death by wife, Olive
  Haer.
    Also three brothers, Martin, Clinton, John, Also, sisters Cora,
  Alma, Goulda, Edna; and a daughter, Leona.
    He is survived by his widow, Gertrude Crissey Moyle; a son, Henry,
  Meyersdale RD 1; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; three
  sisters:  Mrs. Mae Leslie, Lenoir, Tenn.; Mrs. Gertrude Walker,
  Berlin; and Mrs. Susan Saylor, Glencoe RD 1.
    Friends were received at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where services were held with Evangelist Robert Komula officiating. 
  Interment, Highlands Cemetery, Garrett.
