  BOCKES
  
    Frances M. Bockes, 65, of Berlin, died Feb. 1, 2000, at Memorial
  Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born April 18, 1934, in Berlin, daughter
  of Mary (Lowry) Martz of Berlin and the late Harvey H. Martz.  Also
  survived by her husband of 42 years, Ronald O. "Bunny," and daughter,
  Amanda S., at home.  A 1952 graduate of Berlin-Brothersvalley High
  School.  Former 13-year bookkeeper at the former Landis and Lafferty
  Chevrolet, Berlin.  Member of Berlin Brethren Church, where she was
  president of the Young Adult Class for many years.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin.  viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m.
  Thursday, at Berlin Brethren Church.  Rev. Owen H. Preston
  officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be given to Berlin Brethren Church, Berlin, Pa.,
