    Alma G. (Barnett) Bocsy, 87, Jenner Crossroads, died Oct. 20, 2008, at
  Somerset Hospital. Born Dec. 2, 1920, in Jenner Crossroads. The daughter of
  Owen D. Sr. and Bertha (Rhoads) Barnett. Preceded in death by parents, an
  infant brother and brothers, Paul and Owen D. Jr. Survived by husband of 55
  years, Frank S. Bocsy; son, James, married to former Elaine Rockey, Jenner
  Crossroads; daughter, Janet, married to Ron Walter, Georgetown, Ky.;
  grandchildren, Amy and David Bocsy and Shawn and Colleen Walter; and brother,
  David Barnett, Jenner Crossroads. Graduate of former Boswell High School. She
  was a teller for the former Peoples Bank, Jennerstown. Member of Mt. Laurel
  United Church of Christ, near Gray. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of
  her cats and was also an excellent cook. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
  Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Dr. Joseph M.
  Beer officiating. Interment at Beam Cemetery. Donations in memory of Alma may
  be sent to the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ, 1207 Keysertown Road,
  Boswell, PA 15531.
