  BODES
  
    Mary E. Bodes, 104, of Akron, Ohio, and formerly of Garrett, died
  Dec. 17, 1998, at home.  Born Aug. 18, 1894, in Elk Lick Township. 
  Daughter of John and Amanda Zimmerman.  Preceded in death by her
  parents; husbands Clarence Teaters and William Bodes, sons John
  Teaters and William Bodes Jr.  Survived by:  Her loving daughters and
  son-in-law, Edna Spaugy of Mogadore, Ohio; Doris and James Deist of
  Lakemore, Ohio; loving daughter-in-law Betty Bodes of Garrett;
  sisters-in-law Velma Zimmerman of West Salisbury; 13 grandchildren,
  21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.  Member of
  St. Paul-Wilhelm United Church of Christ.  Family will receive
  friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Rev. Kenneth Davis. 
  Interment, St. Paul-Wilhelm Cemetery.
