  BODES
  
  Victoria S. Bodes, 89, of Somerset RD 6, died June 23, 1986 at Maple
  Mountain Manor, Berlin.  Born Aug. 9, 1896 in Smock, Pa., daughter of
  the late Robert T. and Nan (Corbett) Summerson.  Preceded in death by
  husband, Jonathan M. Bodes, and grandson, Charles, three sisters and
  three brothers.  Survived by daughter, Mrs. H. George (Claudia)
  Doolittle, Somerset RD 6; granddaughter Georgia Kutzner and grandson
  Scot Doolittle; and four great-grandchildren.  Member of Mt. Zion
  Lutheran Church, Bakersville.  Graveside services will be conducted
  Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Bakersville Cemetery, the Rev. Walter
  Startzel officiating.  Family suggests contributions to Mt. Zion
  Lutheran Church.
