Nelson C. Brown, pastor of the Ev. and Reformed Church. Mrs. Boger, the widow of Ira Boger, was a former resident of Meyersdale, and a daughter of the late Daniel P. Brown. She died in Akron at 3:30 last Friday morning, and funeral services were held there last Saturday afternoon, after which the remains were shipped to Meyersdale. Surviving are two daughters: Mrs. Margaret Brown and Mrs. Lydia Fackl, both of Akron; and one son, Clarence, an ensign in the Navy, now taking a special course at Duke University in South Carolina. She is also survived by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Andrew Stein, Mrs. Zed Hoar and F. F. Brown, Meyersdale, H. G. Brown and Mrs. Sadie Uphold, Somerset; and Mrs. Margaret Smith, Pittsburgh. Interment was made in Union Cemetery, under the direction of W. C. Price & Son. Meyersdale Republican, March 29, 1945
