He became ill first at the Bolden Plumbing Shop on Saturday and had to be taken home. On Sunday he felt much better and was able to be out. Tuesday morning he suffered two more attacks at home, the second of which proved fatal. Mr. Bolden was born in Meyersdale, January 26, 1890, a son of Charles A. and Annie Hart Bolden. His father died a number of years ago. Albert learned the plumbing trade as a boy from his father and was an expert workman in every line of the trade. Except for a few years of residence in Charleston, W.Va., he worked for the Bolden Plumbing Co., which since the death of his father has been continued by his mother, with the assistance of her sons and other members of her family. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marjorie Gill Bolden; his mother; four sons, Eugene, Somerset; John Albert Jr., Richard and Kenneth, Meyersdale, and one daughter, Marjorie, at home, and one grandson. He also leaves eight sisters and brothers: Mrs. Marcella Stotler, Mrs. Walter Gress, Mrs. Mary Weyer, Mrs. Daniel Clapper, Mrs. Frank Thomas, Mrs. Elam Miller, Miss Anna Bolden, Edgar E. (Bill) Bolden and Frederick Bolden, all of Meyersdale. Funeral arrangements are in charge of R. Reich & Son. Services will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning in SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, when requiem mass will be sung by Rev. Father T. J. Houghton. Meyersdale Republican, July 4, 1946
