Boonie Sr., 50, of 1431 Rowland Ave., N.E. Timken, Ohio, formerly of Salisbury, was dead on arrival Oct. 1, 1974, at Timken Mercy Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack in his home. An employe of Union Metal Mfg. Co., he was also a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, the former Mildred Beachy; a son, Glenn F. Jr., at home; three daughters, Mrs. John (Jean) Fore and Mrs. Jack (Alma) Gattscheck, both of Canton, Ohio; and Mrs. Roger (Glenda) Wilcox of Temple, Texas; also four grandchildren, four brothers, Fred of Beavertown; Earl of Alliance, Ohio; Donald, Waynesburg, Ohio; John of Middleburg; and a sister, Margie Bowerstow of Grantsville, Md. Funeral service was held Oct. 4 in Earl B. Jack and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Duty officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Meyersdale Republican, October 10, 1974 [B2030]
