Boucher, of 121 Elm Street, Birmingham, Ala., died Wednesday, June 28, 1989, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital, Birmingham, Alabama. Born in Grantsville, Md.; he was the son of the late Phineas C. and Melissa (Boucher) Boucher. He was a teacher at Altamont School, Birmingham, Alabama; a Navy veteran of World War II, he was in the Normandy invasion and won a bronze star with the gold V. He was a member of St. Mary's on the Highlands Episcopal Church. Surviving are his widow, Louise (Kean) Boucher; two sons, Dr. John K. Boucher, Yakima, Wash.; and Dr. Bruce A. Boucher, London, England; and six grandchildren. Memorial services were held Friday in Birmingham, Alabama. The Republic, July 6, 1989 [B2073]
