KATHARINE BOUCHER

  Friends and relatives in Salisbury were shocked to learn of the sudden death 
of Mrs. Katharine (Mier) Boucher, wife of Lester H. Boucher, at the home of one 
of her daughters in Boulder, Colorado, on March 17th.  Mrs. Boucher was born in 
Salisbury on April 26, 1881, daughter of Samuel and Harriet (Smith) Mier.  
Before her marriage, she was teacher of the primary grade in the Salisbury 
schools.
  She is survived by her husband and three daughters; Mrs. Joseph Forsythe and 
Mrs. George Forsythe of Boulder, Colo., and Mrs. Thomas Gray of Baltimore, Md., 
and four grandchildren.  Mrs. Boucher was buried in Boulder, Colo., where she 
and her husband have lived for the last 2 years.
