  MARGARET BOUCHER
  
    Mrs. Margaret Boucher, 75, of Utica, N.Y., widow of Emmons B.
  Boucher, formerly of Grantsville, died Dec. 31, 1972, in St.
  Elizabeth's Hospital in Utica.
    Born in Cheswick, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Frank L. and
  Katherine (Calvert) Shook.
    Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Murray A. Hartman, with whom she
  resided; and two sons, Samuel R. Boucher, Washington, Pa.; and William
  R. Boucher, Greenville, Pa.
    Interment was in Shenango Valley Cemetery, Greenville.
