  FLOYD O. BOWER
  
    Floyd O. (Dick) Bower, 75, of Confluence died Oct. 13, 1981, in the
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    He was born June 10, 1906, in Confluence, a son of the late William
  and Margaret (Stutzman) Bower.
    He is survived by his wife, Helen (Kemp) Bower; and three
  children:  F. Owen of Meyersdale, Mrs. Donna Hall of Confluence, and
  Terry V. of Fairmont, W.Va.; four grandchildren; two brothers:  Clyde
  of Confluence and Roy of Addison; a sister, Mrs. Mary Pronesti of New
  Kensington.
    He was a member of the Turkeyfoot Valley Baptist Church and the B&O
  Railroad Signalmen's Union.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where funeral services were held.  Interment, Baptist Cemetery.
