  JEAN L. BOWER
  
    Mrs. Jean Lillian (Koon) Bower, 49, of Rimersburg died recently in
  the Andrew Kaul Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
    Born March 13, 1918, in Queens, W.Va., she was the daughter of the
  late J. Blaine and Lillian (Rohrbaugh) Koon.
    She was a 1953 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan University and
  the wife of Rev. Seth P. Bower, pastor of the First Methodist Church,
  Rimersburg.
    Rev. Bower formerly served the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church, and
  the Confluence-Hopwood charge for three years.
    Surviving are her husband; two children:  Daniel John and Deborah
  Ruth, both at home; a brother, James M. Koon, Miami, Fla.; and a
  sister, Mrs. Lowell Kessering, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
    Funeral service was held in Circleville Methodist Church with Rev.
  James L. Carroway DD, officiating.  Interment was made in Mars Hill
  cemetery.
