  BOWERS
  
  Hazel June Bowers, 56, of Rockwood died July 24, 2002 as a result of
  injuries sustained in an automobile accident, in the state of New
  York.  Her daughter, Samantha Alvena Bowers also died in the
  accident.  She was born  March 14, 1946 in Connellsville the daughter
  of the late June Alvena (Hall) Secress.  In addition to her mother and
  her daughter Samantha, she was preceded in death by another daughter
  Lesa June Bowers in 1997.  She is survived by her husband, Charles
  Bowers, Jr.; three sons, Larry James Bowers; Jeremiah Blaze Bowers
  and William Dave Bowers, all at home; four daughters:  Alisha
  Kimberly Bowers at home; Heather Bowers of Rockwood; Mary Schroyer
  and her husband Larry of Mill Run and Martha Wynona King of Rockwood;
  one granddaughter, Sierra June Schroyer.  Mrs. Bowers was owner, along
  with her husband, of Bowers Lumber of Rockwood.  She was a member of
  the New Centerville Church of God and the New Centerville Volunteer
  Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  Friends will be received from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Ind.,
  Route 711, Melcroft.  Additional visitation will take place on Sunday
  in the New Centerville Church of God from noon until 1 p.m., the hour
  of services in the church with Rev. Timothy Show officiating. 
  Interment will follow in the Imel Cemetery, Springfield Township.
