  BOWERS
  
  The Rev. Roy C. Bowers, 67, Ursina, died Aug. 29, 1985, in Shadyside
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born July 29, 1918, in Bakersville, son of
  late Isaac and Emma Lou (Klink) Bowers.  Survived by wife, Dorothy M.
  (Henry) Bowers; daughter, Barbara Roberts, Normalville; son, Anthony,
  Ursina; and four grandchildren.  Preceded in death by daughter,
  Berneice, a brother and four sisters.  Retired employee of Laurel
  Ridge State Park and currently pastor of Ursina Circuit of Church of
  God.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 9
  p.m. Saturday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where service will
  be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Richard Yates and Rev. Robert
  Blank officiating.  Interment, Normalville Cemetery.
