  CLYDE BOWLIN
  
    Clyde Bowlin, 86, of Confluence RD 2 died Feb. 4, 1977, in
  Uniontown Hospital.
    Born July 27, 1890, in Henry Clay Township, he was a son of James
  and Eliza (Collins) Bowlin.  He is survived by his wife, the former
  Ida Reckner and the following children:  Pearl Lancaster, Ruth Thomas
  and Leona Collins, all of Cleveland, Ohio; Olive Sleek of Jerome;
  Louise Close and Carl Bowlin, both of Confluence; 25 grandchildren
  and 32 great-grandchildren.  A half-sister, Mrs. Mary Young of
  Hopwood.
    He was preceded in death by one son, Charles J.  He was a lifetime
  member of Johnson Chapel Church, serving on the board pf trustees for
  many years.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence,
  where funeral services were held Feb. 7 with the Rev. John R. Hickson
  officiating.  Interment, Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
