  BOWMAN
  
  Bessie S. Bowman, 93, Berlin, formerly of Stoystown RD 3, died Feb.
  18, 1989, at Maple Mountain Manor.  Born June 15, 1895, in Somerset
  Township, daughter of John and Maggie (Keller) Schrock.  Preceded in
  death by parents, husband Lawrence ("Petie"), an infant daughter, two
  sisters and a brother.  Survived by son Robert E., married to the
  former Jenetta Miller, Friedens RD 1; 5 grandchildren and 6
  great-grandchildren.  She was a member of Somerset Church of the
  Brethren and Somerset Grange.  Family received friends Sunday evening
  and will receive friends 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service is 10 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Roger L. Forry
  officiating.  Interment, Pike Cemetery, Brotherton.
