JOSEPH BOWMAN

Grantsville, Maryland

  Joseph Bowman, aged 84, died about 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Feb. 18, at his 
home at Accident.  He was born in this section and for a number of years lived 
on a farm near the Bear Creek Fish Hatchery.  He had engaged in farming all his 
life.  Some fifty years ago he married Annie Bach, who survives him.  He also 
leaves one son by a previous marriage, who resides on the Pacific coast.
