  KATIE F. BOWMAN
  
    Katie F. Bowman, 84, of Keyser, W.Va., formerly of Rockwood, died
  March 22, 1974, in Terra Alta, W.Va.  Born June 21, 1889, she was a
  daughter of Francis and Mary Ellen Rhodes Snyder Coleman.  She was
  preceded in death by her husband, Homer Bowman, Feb. 24, 1954
    Surviving are a son, Howard Bowman, of Blanchard; three daughters,
  Mrs. Sara Bailey, Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Mary Ellen Knippenberg, Ft.
  Meyers, Fla.; and Mrs. Dorothy Moorehead, Keyser; nine grandchildren,
  three great-grandchildren; a brother, Edwin Snyder, Garrett; and a
  sister, Mrs. Sally Paxton, Ft. Meyers, Fla.
    She was a member of Eastern Star Chapter 14, Bethlehem, Pa., and of
  Christ United Methodist Church, Rockwood.
    Funeral service was conducted Sunday afternoon in William J. Wood
  Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Rev. George Lyford officiating. 
  Interment in Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
