  BOWMAN
  
  Zella F. Bowman, 98, of Boynton, died Nov. 25, 1986, in Meyersdale
  Manor.  Born April 29, 1888, in Hyndman, daughter of the late William
  H. and Mary Alice (Somerville) Baker.  Preceded in death by her
  husband, John H.  Survived by one son, Merle W. Baker, Boynton; three
  grandchildren:  Merle W. Baker, Jr., David W.  Baker, both of Boynton;
  and Mrs. Sandra K. Baer, Meyersdale; and two great-grandchildren; one
  sister, Mrs. Eleanor Yutzy, Garrett.  She was a former member of the
  Methodist Church.  Friends will be received Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and
  Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury,
  where funeral services will be held Friday 11 a.m. with the Rev.
  David E. Fetter officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
