A. M. Wright, pastor of the Evangelical and Reformed church at Salisbury, Pa. Acting as pallbearers were Harry O. Miller, Samuel J. Otto, Lloyd Kamp, Ralph Jenkins, Ellsworth Beachy and Bruce Warnick. William Winterberg, local mortician, supervised interment in the Grantsville Cemetery. Mrs. Bowser died very suddenly about 6:30 o'clock Friday evening, Feb. 28, at her farm home on the New Germany road. She was born in this section June 2, 1864, a daughter of Henry and Sophia Cushleg, and was 76 years of age, at the time of her demise. She married Robert Bowser about forty-five years ago. She was a member of the Grantsville Evangelical and Reformed Church. Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Ernest Durst and Mrs. Victor Durst, Salisbury, Pa., and Mrs. Virginia Younkin, Grantsville, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
