  GEORGE BOWSER
  
    George E. Bowser, 91, of Grantsville RD 2, died Feb. 11 at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born in Bittinger, he was a son of the late Cornelius and Lucinda
  (Livengood) Bowser.  His wife Agnes (Yaste) Bowser, preceded him in
  death.
    He was a member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren.
    Surviving are three sons, Cleman Bowser, Owen Bowser, both of
  Grantsville; Arthur Bowser, Clinton, Md.; four daughters, Mrs. Glady
  Meyers, with whom he resided; Mrs. Melva Barley, Silver Spring, Md.;
  Mrs. Bernadine Watkins, Ypsilanti, Mich.; Mrs. Fern Bowser,
  Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home where services
  were conducted February 14 with Rev. Preston Miller officiating. 
  Interment was Grantsville Cemetery.
