Bowser, 51, of Wintersville, Ohio, died Monday, June 11, 1973, of a heart attack. Born Feb. 4, 1922, in Meyersdale, he was a son of Ruth (Fike) Bowser, Meyersdale, and the late Mahlon Bowser. Also surviving are his wife, the former Faye Glessner of Berlin; and a daughter, Donna Lee, at home; also two uncles, Reuben Bowser and Walter Fike, Meyersdale; two aunts, Mrs. Robert Lorenzen, Salisbury; and Mrs. Mary Sipple, also of Meyersdale. Mr. Bowser was a navy veteran of World War II, and was working as Property Claims supervisor of Buckeye Continental Casualty Company of Ohio. He was a member of Wintersville United Methodist Church, Meyersdale Lodge 554, F & AM; Hebron Royal Arch Chapter 272, Meyersdale; Commandery of Uniontown; Scottish Rite Temple, 32nd degree; and Jaffa Shrine Temple of Altoona. Friends were received at Konhaus Funeral Home, Meyersdale, from 7 to 9 o'clock on Wednesday evening. Funeral service will be held there at two o'clock this (Thursday) afternoon with Rev.
