MARY ELLEN MEYERS BOWSER

  Mrs. Mary Ellen Bowser, 70, Meyersdale RD 2, died suddenly Thursday, May 19, 
at home.  She was born Sept. 29, 1878, in Shade Township, the daughter of 
Christian C. and Rebecca (Hoover) Meyers.  She was the widow of J. Thomas 
Bowser.
  She is survived by two brothers, Dennis and Ed Meyers, Meyersdale, RD 2.  She 
was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
  Funeral services were held at the Konhaus Funeral Home, Sunday afternoon, the 
Rev. I. C. Paul officiating.  Burial was made in the Reformed Church cemetery.
