    BOWSER
    
    Russell Bowser, 68, Salisbury, died July 6, 1977, at his home.  He
    was born March 18, 1909, in Garrett County, Md., son of the late
    Albert and Mary Jo (McKenzie) Bowser.  He is survived by two
    sisters:  Mrs. Lucille Nelson, Miami, Fla.; and Mrs. Pearl Sipple,
    Meyersdale; also two brothers, Clarence, Endicott, New York; and
    Gilbert, Miami, Fla.  He is also survived by a half-brother, Marshall
    Cochrane, Frostburg, Md.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Friends
    will be received after 2 p.m. today at the Thomas Funeral Home in
    Salisbury, where services will be held Friday at 10 a.m., the Rev.
    David E. Fetter, officiating.  Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
