Born May 28, 1921, in Morgantown, W.Va. Son of the late Arthur Earl and Ollie (Stockwell) Boyce. Preceded in death by his first wife Wauneta Lucille Boyce on Feb. 16, 1988; and two sisters, Edith and Marie. Survived by his wife, Edna Mae Boyce; four sons: Gary Clayton, Larry Wayne and Ronald Dale Boyce, all of Meyersdale, and Timothy Milton Boyce of Johnstown; four daughters: Sharon Kay Starkey, Mary Marlene Henry, Pamela Jean Deem and Lori Anne Walters, all of Meyersdale. One brother, William Earl Boyce, of Corriganville, Md.; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Member of the Mt. Dale Church of the Brethren. Veteran of World War II, having received two Purple Hearts and two Bronze Stars. Member of VFW Post 578 of Terra Alta. Retired from Bethlehem Steel as a welder. friends may call at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta, from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Viewing also from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with Rev. Michael Fike and Pastor Randy Haulk officiating.
