  C. RAY BOYD
  
    C. Ray Boyd, 81, of 1156 Logan Road, Bethel, Pa., died at his home,
  April 28, 1975.  Born June 15, 1893, he was a son of the late Frank W.
  and Missouri (Fike) Boyd.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Edna Austin; and these
  children:  Franklin Boyd, Harrisburg; Mrs. William (Glenda) Keck,
  Greensburg; Mrs. A.L. (Edna Ray) Lucas; and Mrs. Davie (Rose) Knoche,
  both of Bethel; and 10 grandchildren.
    A son, Lieutenant John A. Boyd, was a casualty of World War II.
    Mr. Boyd had been employed as a security guard by the Burns Agency
  of Pittsburgh.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday, April 30, in Hamel Funeral
  Home, Bethel, with Rev. Parnell officiating.  Interment in Union
  Cemetery Meyersdale.
    Irene A. Shultz, Meyersdale was a brother-in-law of Mr. Boyd.
