GARLAND BOYD

  Miss Garland Boyd of New Centerville died Sunday evening in the Somerset 
Community Hospital where she had been admitted earlier in the day.
  She was the daughter of Samuel H. Boyd of New Centerville.  Her father 
survives, also these sisters: Mrs. Thomas C. Overand of McKeesport and Mrs. 
Walter Folston of Dixon, Illinois.  She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran 
Church.
  Funeral services were held on Thursday at her home with the Rev. L. J. Kaufman 
officiating.  Burial was under the direction of Mills and Mickey at the New 
Centerville Cemetery.
