  Mrs. Jessie Lowrey Boyd, 72, of West Patriot St., Somerset, died
  April 5, 1976, at her residence.  Born Oct. 10, 1903 in Weston,
  W.Va., a daughter of Andrew J. and Alice Johnson Thompson.  Preceded
  in death by he first husband, James A. Lowrey.  Survived by her
  husband, Harold H. Boyd; a step-daughter, Myra, wife of Arthur L.
  Brown, of Somerset RD 2; two step-sons, Thomas Boyd of Dilltown and
  Harold Jr. of Lancaster; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a
  sister, Mrs. Fred Dillon of Cowen, W.Va.; and two brothers, Charles
  and Adrian Thompson, both of Tucson, Ariz.  Member of the Calvary
  United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m.
  Tuesday (today) at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where
  services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Arnold
  S. Castner officiating.  Interment, Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland,
