  Earl H. Boyer, 56, Lake Hamilton, Fla., died March 29, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center,
  Johnstown. Born March 21, 1951, in Altoona, son of Earl E. and Mary A. Boyer, Berlin. He
  is also survived by close friend Susan Eldridge, Lake Hamilton; and these siblings, Gayla
  B. Adams and husband, Charles, Monroe, N.C.; Gregory E. Boyer, Las Vegas; Jackalin L.
  Boland and hus-band, Ray, Bakersville; R. Scott Boyer and wife, Deborah, Somerset; Randy
  J. Hagins and wife, Charlene, Largo, Fla.; Jeri L. Phillips and husband, Dale, LaValle,
  Md.; and Anne E. Onstead and husband, Jeffrey, Berlin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Earl was a former welder at Somerset Welding and Steel, and later with Duel Tech in Lake
  Hamilton. He is a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War with the rank of sergeant. A
  memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Berlin Brethren Church. Pastor Eugene
  Oburn officiat-ing. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for dona-tions, to benefit
  the critical care unit, be sent to Conemaugh Health Fund, 1086 Franklin St., Johnstown,
