  ELEANOR BOYER
  
    Eleanor L. "Dolly" Boyer, 81, of 126 Hoffman Road, Glenshaw, Pa.,
  died Sunday, Sept. 7, 1997, at her home.
    Born Sept. 8, 1905*, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late
  Clara and Simon Bittner.
    Mrs. Boyer was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Boyer,
  in 1989.
    She is survived by three sons: Richard, David and Robert Boyer, all
  of the Pittsburgh area; a daughter-in-law, Mary Lou; a granddaughter,
  Rachel; and a sister, Besse Dwire of Meyersdale.
    Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 10, in Glenshaw.
  
  * Eleanor Boyer's year of birth should be 1915 instead of 1905. The
  wrong birth year was mistakenly given to the funeral home.
