  Lester F. Boyer, 82, 320 Weigle St., Hooversville, died Nov. 30, 1975
  in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 5, 1893, in Somerset
  County, son of Robert and Mariah Koontz Boyer.  Preceded in death by
  parents, three sisters and one brother.  Survived by widow the former
  Anna Buhan; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Thelma) Shaver, Hooversville;
  three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Brother of James
  K., St. Benedict.  He was a retired farmer and an employee of
  Shanksville Builders and Supply.  Member of Shanksville United
  Methodist Church and Hooversville Senior Citizens.  Death ends
  marriage union of 59 years.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home Stoystown, where
  services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Rev. Marlin A.
  Miller officiating.  Interment, Odd Fellow Cemetery, Stoystown.
