  BOYER
  
    Stella "Kate" (Eppley) Boyer, 100, of Hollsopple RD 2, died March
  16, 1995, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Sept. 7, 1894, in Jenner
  Township.  Daughter of William and Sarah (Penrod) Eppley.  Preceded
  in death by parents; husband, Joseph E., Dec. 4, 1980; infant
  children, Nettie, John and Helen; and son, Robert E.; also several
  brothers and sisters.  Survived by daughter-in-law Lillian R. (Long)
  Boyer, Hollsopple RD 2; and these grandchildren: Robert C., Bernice,
  wife of Lloyd Sarver, both of Hollsopple RD 2; and Janice, wife of
  Robert Burns, Monroeville; seven great-grandchildren and four
  great-great-grandchildren.  Active charter member of Laurel Hill
  Gospel Tabernacle.  Also a member of Maple Springs Quilting Circle. 
  Volunteer cook at Camp Faith summer camp for many years.  Friends
  received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
  Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Viewing also
  from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Monday at Laurel Hill
  Gospel Tabernacle with Rev. C.J. Ickes officiating.  Interment Thomas
  Mennonite Cemetery.
