Boyle, 29, of Waynesboro RD 5, formerly of Frostburg, died Sunday, July 20, 1975, from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Ringgold, Md. Born in Frostburg, he was a son of Mrs. Emily (Miller) Boyle, formerly of Meyersdale, of 109 Mt. Pleasant Street, Frostburg, and the late Edward E. Boyle. A member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society, he was a 1964 graduate of Beall High School and the Allegany Trade School. He was employed as a machinist at the Landis Machine Tool Company in Chambersburg. Surviving, besides his mother, are his widow, the former Linda Creager; a daughter, Heather Boyle, at home; two brothers, Joseph E. Boyle, Hagerstown, Md.; and Robert W. Boyle, Frostburg; and four sisters, Miss Barbara A. Boyle, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Rosemary S. Tseng, Takoma Park, Md.; Mrs. Bernadette L. Simmons and Miss Ruth A. Boyle, both of Frostburg. Funeral service was held at St. Rita's Church in Blue Ridge Summit on Wednesday morning. Burial was in charge of Grove Funeral Home of Waynesboro. Meyersdale Republic, July 24, 1975 [B2363]
