EDWARD H. BOYTS

  Edward H. Boyts, 87, died last Saturday morning at his home in Somerset.  He 
was a retired farmer and after moving to Somerset worked as a caretaker in Union 
Cemetery.  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and last Easter, April 5, 
observed the fiftieth anniversary of his wedding.
  Surviving are his wife, Mary Shaffer Boyts.  Four brothers and a sister 
preceded him in death.
  Funeral services were conducted at the late residence Monday afternoon at 2:30 
with Rev. Dr. I. Hess Wagner, pastor of the Trinity Lutheran Church, assisted by 
Rev. B. F. Bungard, D.D., pastor of the United Brethren Church officiating.  
Burial in the Husband Cemetery.
