"Robb" Bracken, 30, Davidsville, died unexpectedly July 25, 2003, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 16, 1973 in Somerset, son of William A. "Tuck" and Bonnie L. (Davitch) Bracken. Preceded in death by maternal grandfather, George R. Davitch Sr.; paternal grandparents, Bernice (Kennedy) and Kenneth Bracken. Survived by parents, Jerome; wife, the former Jacqueline A. Huff; grandmother Alleene (May) Davitch, Jerome; sister, Lisa Gowarty and her special friend, Chad Maurer, Jerome; mother and father-in-law, Ray and Connie (Zucco) Huff, Richland; grandmother-in-law, Rose (Peruso) Zucco, Johnstown; sister-in-law, Michelle (Huff), married to Skip Graham, Richland; nieces and nephew, Kristen and Andrew Gowarty and Tara Graham; and numerous aunts and uncles. A 1991 graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School, where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams. A U.S. Navy veteran (Crypto). EMT, formerly with the Seventh Ward Ambulance Service, certified rescue diver, system integrator, for DRS Laurel Technologies, Richland, and was currently studying electronics at CCACC. Member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Windber. He enjoyed traveling, skydiving, skiing and hunting. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403 and Church Road, Davidsville, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. Robert D. Williams Sr. officiating. Interment, Richland Mausoleum. Graveside military rite by Conemaugh Valley Detachment Marine Corps League.
