Born July 26, 1926 in Cumberland, Md. Daughter of Wilfred Lester and Perry Genevieve (Cooper) Smith. Preceded in death by parents, and brother Wallace T. Smith. Survived by husband Don Miller Breeseker to whom she was married 51 1/2 years; a son Eric Braeseker married to the former Roni Terrill; two daughters, Mrs. Glenn E. (Debra A.) Rhoads, and Mrs. J. Patrick (Dona) McGough; four grandchildren including Drew and Chelsea Braeseker, and a great-granddaughter. Sister of Mrs. James (Helen) Shank of Havelock, N.C., and sister-in-law Mrs. June Smith of Cumberland, Md. Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ. A 1944 graduate of Fort Hill High School. A 1947 graduate of Cumberland (Md.) Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Registered head nurse of Somerset Hospital, New Born Nursery retiring in 1980 with 30 years of service. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Services will be conducted ar 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Somerset, with the Rev. Glenn E. Sadler officiating. There will be viewing at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 202 W.
