  BRALLIER
  
  J. Merle Brallier, 81, of W. Union St., Somerset, died March 9, 1981,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Aptil 20, 1899, in Altoona, son
  of the late William and Sarah (Kinsel) Brallier.  Survived by widow,
  the former Stella Shumaker.  Preceded in death by one brother. 
  Member and elder of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Somerset.  Member
  of Somerset Rotary Club, Temple Lodge No. 678, F and AM, Pittsburgh;
  Pittsburgh Consistory, Syria Temple, member and past State President
  of Pennsylvania SAR, and Somerset Historical Society.  Veteran of
  World War I and a retiree from the Pennsylvania Railroad.  Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Richard
  E. Hauger Funeral Home.  funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m., St.
  Paul's Presbyterian Church, Somerset, the Rev. Carl Hull
  officiating.  Interment, Maple Glen Cemetery.  body will lie in state
  at the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until service time.
