Branam, 70, of Friedens went home to be with his Lord on June 18, 2003, at home. Born January 21, 1933, in Jackson, Tenn., he was the son of the late Hillery and Clara (Rhyne) Branam. He is preceded in death by his parents, stepmothers Mary Jane and Essie Branam and sister Christine Branam. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Margaret (Mayberry) Branam, sons Roger of Youngstown, Ohio, and Donnie, married to Susan (Shaulis) of Somerset, daughters Connie Branam of Carlsbad, N.M., and Susan Branam, married to Vincent Gabriele, of New City, N.Y., and grandchildren Connie D. Branam of Youngstown, Ohio and Tanner, Chance and Elyse Branam, all of Somerset. He was the brother of Eugene Hillery Branam of Juanita, Fla., M.P. "Pete" Brennan and JoAnn Stair, both of Clinton, Tenn., and Lucille Luter of Ardmore, Ala. He was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church in Somerset. He was a retired truck driver for CVS Corp. of Connecticut with 26 years of service. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Heritage Baptist Church, Rev. Dan Adams officiating.
