  Burton B. Brant, 88, of RD 1 Tiffin, Ohio, died Dec. 24 in Alta Mira
  Nursing Home, Tiffan, O.  Born Aug. 17, 1885, in Berlin, Pa., the son
  of the late Lincoln and Rebecca Brant.  Preceded in death by wife
  former Leora Hay.  Survived by these children, Chester L., of Chevy
  Chase, Md.; Mrs. Charles Dorine Harbaugh of RD 1, Tiffin, O., eleven
  grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.  Survived by brother, Merle,
  Forest Hills, Md., a sister, Mrs. Earl Viola Pritts, Shaw, W.Va. 
  Member of United Church of Christ, Somerset.  He was a retired
  hostler for the B & O Railroad.  Friends received after 7 p.m. in the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted
  Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Walter Mehrling officiating. 
  Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
