CYNTHIA BRANT

  Mrs. Cynthia Wilkins Brant, formerly of Berlin, died Monday, Oct. 12, 1942, at 
her home in York where she had been residing for the past ten years.  Her health 
had been failing for some time.  Mrs. Brant's husband, Sanford Brant, died 
several years ago.
  She was a daughter of John and Cynthia (Flanagan) Wilkins, both deceased.
  Surviving are the following children: John Brant, York; Russell Brant, Berlin 
R.D.; Elsie, wife of Reese McCormick, Pittsburgh; Violet, wife of Elmer 
Gindlesperger, York; Ruth, wife of Robert Ross, York, and Blanche, wife of Harry 
Penn, York.  Mrs. Brant was a sister of Mrs. Simon Brant, Berlin; Mrs. Nettie 
Bender, Pittsburgh; Frank Wilkins, Addison; Elias Wilkins, Oklahoma, and 
Marshall Wilkins, Illinois.
  Mrs. Brant was removed to the Johnson Funeral Home, Berlin, Wednesday 
afternoon and funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. conducted by the 
Rev. John N. Bethune of Trinity Reformed Church.  Interment in Berlin I.O.O.F. 
Cemetery.
