    Dorothy Mae Brant, 63, Bicycle Road, Friedens, died Oct. 31, 1998,
  at home.  Born April 3, 1935, in Lincoln Township, a daughter of Paul
  William and Mary Catherine (Emert) Brant.  Preceded in death by
  parents, and brother, Paul W. Brant Jr.  She was a sister of:  Mrs.
  George A. (Miriam) Weicht, Mrs. Ray M. (Anna) Walker, and Mrs.
  Raymond P (Sara Alice) Shaffer, all of Somerset; H. James Brant,
  married to the former Emma Catherine Miller, and Mrs. Edward
  (Margaret) Cramer, both of Friedens; Mrs. E. W. "Skip" (Linda)
  Cramer, Somerset; and Lois J. Brant, Friedens.  Also survived by 15
  nieces and nephews, 22 great-nieces and nephews.  Member of Beulah
  United Methodist Church.  1952 graduate of Somerset High School. 
  Member of Somerset Venture Club, Somerset Soroptimist.  Employee of
  former Bender Implement Co. and bookkeeper for Stahl Oil Co. for 11
  years.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where
  services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday Nov. 2, with the Rev.
  Dennis A. Fetter officiating.  Interment, Beulah Cemetery.
