  Irma Ruth Brant, 86, Somerset, died Feb. 28, 2006, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born April 5, 1919, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, daughter of John
  Frederick and Alice Rebecca (Borroughs) Younkin. Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, John Parker Brant, who died May 18, 1984; grandson, Mark 
  Allen Brant; brothers, David, Martin, Melvin, Russell, Jesse, Carl, Earl,
  Hilbert and Orville Younkin; and sisters, Agnes Frank and Zelda Sanner.
  Survived by sons, Allen Brant, Somerset; and Telford Brant, married to the 
  former Betty Engle, Cochranton; grandchildren, Kenna Delano, Stoystown; 
  Christina Rohrer, East Petersburg; Stacy Charles, Cochranton; and six
  great- grandchildren. Member of Grace United Methodist Church. She had
  worked as an assembler for Packard Electric in Ravenna, Ohio, until her
  retirement. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger- 
  Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be conducted 10 a.m.
  Friday. The Rev. Eric Raygor offici- ating. Interment Somerset County
  Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church,
