  Jacob H. Brant, 74, of Somerset, died Sept. 10, 1976, in Berlin.  He
  was born April 29, 1902, in Somerset County, the son of John and
  Alice (Smith) Brant.  Survived by these children: Mrs. Daniel Paxton
  and a son, Gary, both of Fairfield, Calif.; Glenn of Jackson Heights,
  N.Y.  He was a brother of: J. Gordon of Frederick, Md.; Paul W. and
  Wilbert M., both of Friedens RD 1; Mrs. Madie Bittner of Boswell; and
  Monroe of York.  Arrangements in charge of the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home are incomplete.
