  Kenneth E. Brant, 52, retired Lieutenant Colonel U.S. Air Force, died
  Sept. 10, 1983, in Dayton, Ohio.  Son of J. Gordon and Elsie (Emert)
  Brant.  Survived by three sons, one daughter and one grandchild, all
  of Dayton.  Also survived by sisters, Mildred Burkholder, Friedens RD
  1, and Gloria Gall, Gettysburg, and a brother, Gordon, of Johnstown. 
  Graduate of Somerset High, Phoenix (Ariz.) Junior College, West Point
  Military Academy and Ohio State University.  Held master's and
  doctorate degrees in nuclear science.  Service, Wednesday, at the
  Tobias Funeral Home, Dayton.
