  BRANT
  
    M. Louise Brant, 73, Somerset, died Oct. 10, 1994, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Jan. 16, 1921, in Confluence.  Daughter of the late
  Clarence Herbert and Ella Pearl (Miller) Bowman.  Preceded in death
  by husband, Elbert Jay Brant, who died April 2, 1986.  Survived by
  these children: E. Jay Brant II, married to the former Lois Hay,
  Bellevue, Neb.; Mrs. Gerald (Janice) Baumgardner, Somerset RD 5;
  Timothy R. Brant, married to the former Suzan Denner, Friedens RD 2;
  Mrs. Jeffrey L. (Suzanne) Gibson, Friedens; also 9 grandchildren, one
  great-granddaughter and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Vogel, Berlin. 
  Graduated in 1940 from Somerset High School.  Member of Grace United
  Methodist Church.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 3 to
  5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where
  service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Rev. Charles F. Olson and
  Rev. Dr. Melvin E. Vance officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
