  BRANT
  
  Rupple D. Brant, 91, of Somerset, formerly of Garrett RD, died June
  14, 2003 at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born Oct. 29, 1911 in
  Brothersvalley Township, a son of Frederick and Pearl (Beachley)
  Brant.  Preceded in death by parents, wife, the former Gladys Walker
  and brothers, Frederick H., Javis, Norwood, Raymond and Deweese
  Brant.  Survived by a daughter, Lynnette, married to Dr. Michael
  Weisner of Milton, and granddaughters, Amanda and Claire Weisner. 
  Brother of Pauline Hoffman of Somerset, Lawrence and wife Hazel and
  Lucy Brant all of Berlin, and Rev. Woodrow Brant and wife Blanche of
  Clovis, N.M.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Retired
  Brothersvalley Township dairy farmer.  Member and former trustee of
  Beachdale Church of the Brethren.  Family will receive friends from 7
  to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be
  held at 11 a.m. Tuesday.  Rev. Larry Black officiating.  Interment,
  Fritz Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to
  Beachdale Church of the Brethren.
