Brendle, 67, of Salisbury, formerly of Ft. Hill, Pa., Clarksville, Pa., and Brunswick, Ohio, died Feb. 23, 2000 at his home. Born Aug. 20, 1932 in Brenizer, Pa., a son of the late Homer and Dora (Good) Brendle. Also preceded in death by his first wife, the former Harriet Leichliter. Survived by his wife, the former Elizabeth Kubasik and three children: Karen Terepka, Medina, Ohio; Richard T. Brendle and his wife, Nancy, Ft. Hill, and William Brendle and his wife, Debbie, Wake Forest, N.C.; 5 grandchildren: Kara Ann , Jason, Wyatt, Daphne and Rachel; 2 stepchildren: Debbie and Allen Hager; 5 step-grandchildren: Brittany, Allen IV, Alyssa, Nicole, Brian and Brandon; and 1 great-grandson, Liam. A brother of William, Mariam, Delores and Dorothy, all of Ohio; stepsisters, Alice Makel, Catherine Remington and Betty Anderson; and a stepbrother, Bud Good. Retired from General Motors, Parma, Ohio. A 32nd Degree Mason. Veteran U.S. Army and life member of the DAV. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. David Fetter officiating.
