Brendlinger, 85, Somerset, died Dec. 30, 1999 in Somerset. She was born in Somerset, Jan. 12, 1914, a daughter of Harrison and Bertha (Frain) Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Woodrow Brendlinger; an infant son, Eugene; brothers Lloyd, Russell and Dean Lindsey; sisters Milvina, Violet and Zelma; a grandson, Eric Cassidy and four infant brothers. Survived and greatly missed by daughters, Mrs. Margaret Plymire of Radford, Va., Mrs. Martin (Arlene) Palguta of Somerset and Ms. Hellen Cassidy of Radcliff, Ky.; sister Dorothy Carolous of North Carolina and brother, LeRoy Lindsey of Greensburg; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Somerset. She had formerly operated a beauty shop in Armagh and was an avid quilter and enjoyed flower gardening. Visitation from noon to 4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday at James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Blairsville, where funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday.
