ETTA HOWELL BRENNEMAN

Grantsville, Maryland

  Mrs. Etta Howell Brenneman, 69, of Bittinger, died suddenly Saturday evening, 
December 12, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Rex Buckel.  Death was due to a 
heart attack.
  She was the wife of Jacob Brenneman, and a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
E. Howell of Swanton.
  Surviving are her husband and the following children: Joel Brenneman, Mrs. 
Carl Bittinger, and Mrs. Oswald George of Reistertown, Md.; William and Charles 
Brenneman of Detroit, Mich.; and Mrs. Rex Buckel of Bittinger.
  Mrs. Brenneman was a consistent member of the Bittinger Lutheran Church for 
many years and was active in the Women's Missionary Society and in other church 
organizations.
  Funeral services were conducted in the Bittinger Lutheran Church on Wednesday, 
with interment in the Bittinger cemetery.
